Turning on “Available Now” means you're open to spontaneous or same-day dates and will respond to client messages quickly.

With this status on, clients can find you using the “Available Now” filter, and your profile gets extra visibility.

You can activate it maximum 3 times per day, 4 hours in total. This is only when you de-activate it manually

Note, that while the status is active, you must reply to messages within 15 minutes. If you don't reply, then the status will be removed again. Also, if you're in invisible mode, it will automatically turn off.
